Cancellation Policy
Luxe Lash and Brow Co's Cancellation Policy
We value your business and ask that you respect our business scheduling policies. We appreciate and understand that circumstances arise where clients may need to change or cancel their appointments.
Please let us know if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We require at least 48 hours notice otherwise a 50% charge of the treatment will apply. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, your booking will be cancelled and you will be charged 50% of the cost of the treatment you have booked or the treatment will be cut short which may include a service not being performed at all or to the best of our ability.
Where you have failed to attend more than one appointment, in addition to retaining the 50% charge for those treatments, for any future bookings, we will require you to pay for the service in full at the time of booking. Booking deposits are non-refundable. However if you provide us with more than 48 hours notice of cancellation, the booking deposit amount will be used as a credit against the next booking.
